Due to the spring holiday schedule, ESC is extending the deadline until Friday, May 6 for applications for its Wells Fargo New Executive Directors Institute (NEDI), which helps you build critical leadership skills that will help you better carry out your organization's mission.
Designed especially for new leaders who have been in their positions three years or less, the Institute has helped more than 85 executive leaders accelerate their learning curve so they can take their organization to new levels of success.
If you are a new executive director or CEO, NEDI is your opportunity to benefit from a holistic, integrated leadership development program, including:
* Useful resources, tools, and interactive sessions to strengthen your capacity to lead your nonprofit;
* 8 training sessions with a group of your peers;
* 12 months of expert, individualized coaching; and
