The Los Angeles City Council has begun the public review of the Mayor’s proposed 2011-12 budget. On Tuesday, April 26th, the Arts, Parks, Health & Aging Committee discussed the Department of Cultural Affairs’ (DCA) current budget and the Mayor’s proposed budget relative to the department.
