Mayor Villaraigosa has released his 2011-2012 Budget Recommendations for the City of LA, including proposed allocations to the Department of Cultural Affairs. The proposal includes reductions to the Department of Cultural Affairs budget that are similar to proposed reductions to nearly every other department in the City.
